BUT WHO IS SHE??
Anne Hogan (she/her) is an actor, comedian and gay little witch from Queens, New York. Anne also has more than 14 years of experience as an improviser and is the creator and producer behind the improvised sitcom, Come Ova! which ran Off-Broadway at SoHo Playhouse for nearly three years. Over the last decade, she has studied and performed improv, clown, and sketch comedy at several established theaters and independent comedy spaces in New York. She’s appeared on Comedy Central and has been lucky enough to have fulfilled her dream of being made into a cartoon several times as a voice actor and plays numerous characters for the popular romcom series, Meet Cute. Anne is also an experienced and energetic teacher, coach and director, offering fun and dynamic workshops and personal coaching that get you excited to make bold choices and be yourself while building confidence and connection through improv. She challenges you to push past your creative comfort zone, digging deeper in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Classes help you access your own voice and learn how to be a more empathetic listener, exploring grounded emotional play, big fun physicality and heightening the simple, silly choices to profound absurdity. She helps all kinds of students get out of their heads and fosters an inclusive space for new and veteran players alike to unleash their joy and natural sense of play.
